Are you OK?

It seems a simple question, but can be life-changing. It can sometimes be easy to ask, sometimes not so easy.

RUOK day was started by Gavin Larkin in 2009, after a life-changing experience within his own family, to bring the issue into the wider community and help others with reaching out to colleagues, friends, mates and family.

RUOK day is held on the second Thursday of September each year.

We can help you with your event and we will also help the RUOK charity in support of their great work for the community.

How Can We Help You with Your RUOK Day?

Mental illness has touched our lives in several and very personal ways, and it is a very important topic very close to our hearts. So, we would like to help you support this worthwhile campaign, and back this up with our own contribution to the cause.
