All of our pasta salads are made fresh to order, advance notice is required. Pasta salads are not gluten free, however, many of our other salads are.

• on a modern styled or themed buffet with custom servingware (ask our team for suggestions to suit your setting & occasion)
• as an Interactive Food Station specialty treat, distinctly different from your other menu service
• mini-salads in little bowls, wooden boats or noodle boxes, served with a fork on platters to your guests – great for service without the need for table & chairs or a plate!
The delightfully interactive food stations and the pre-plated salad service allow your guests to continue to mingle freely, and do not require more formal tables and chairs for your guests.
Spinach & Almond Pesto Pasta Salad
This salad combines a creamy pesto style dressing, baby spinach and red capsicums tossed over macaroni shells.

Mediterranean Pasta Salad
Sauteed vegetable selection, blended with spices, coriander, olives and tomato to create a pasta salad to suit all tastes and palates.

Tuna salad is a combination of tuna, penne pasta, capsicum and corn. Tuna salad can be served as a side salad or eaten as a meal.
